Come to Union Pub on Monday February 26, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM to participate in the Ohio Society’s professional, personal, and community development mission.
Share your story, challenges, aspirations, and what drives you. Dialogue with others interested in growing toward a meaningful and rewarding life and career.
Join us for a night of networking with fellow Ohio Society members and have the chance to meet former Ohio Society Women’s Professional Development Program Graduates! (NCSS Cherry Blossom Program Delegates.) They will discuss this year’s program and thank members of the Ohio Society for their generosity in sending them to this week-long Professional Development Program.
You’ll have the opportunity to hear from them and other Ohio Society members on professional development skills including communication skills, leadership, and service. You will also get a chance to hear some of the unique and challenging career experiences of some of our more seasoned members.
This event is also partly a fundraiser for our Women’s professional Development Program. A donation is NOT required to attend! If you choose to do so, however, you may do so here or at the event.
What to expect
You are a part of this. Speakers will touch on hard and soft skills, common career challenges and successes, and the importance of meaning, but we want you to come ready to share your challenges and successes with other attendees. Much of the event will take the form of a meet and greet, encouraging discussion about what a worthwhile life and career looks like for you, as well as challenges, successes, and lessons learned.
